Platinum ($9,999): All of Professional, plus 15 staff trained, Denise AI voice agent live, custom dashboards, 90-day dedicated success manager.
Quoted separately based on your current system. Guide prices: Basic CSV $0 (included), ShiftCare $3,000–$4,500, Brevity $1,800–$2,400, Large dataset $4,000–$6,000, Multi-site consolidation $6,000+. We handle all technical work.
Yes, but only if you use them: voice calls (per minute), SMS messages (per message), and heavy API usage (per request) are charged separately. Your subscription includes the platform itself—usage fees are optional add-ons based on actual consumption.
Professional: $12/week per extra seat. Platinum: $8/week per extra seat. You only pay for what you use, and you can adjust up or down each week.
Solo: Optional ($1,500 one-time). Professional & Platinum: Included. The AI Brain learns your business rules and improves over time.
