Five different tools to manage clients, rosters, HR, recruitment, and compliance. Calls missed after hours because there was no system to catch them.
He built Titus to solve his own problems first. A single platform that replaced the patchwork of disconnected tools, automated the repetitive tasks, and gave him back his evenings. Once it worked for Delta Community, he made it available to other providers facing the same struggle.
