Terms & Conditions — Titus CRM Roster of Care Builder

1. Marketing Communications: By submitting your details and downloading reports from this tool, you expressly consent to receive marketing communications from Titus CRM, including but not limited to emails, newsletters, product updates, promotional offers, and other electronic communications.

2. Data Collection: The personal information you provide (name, email, phone number, organisation, state) will be stored securely by Titus CRM and used for the purposes of delivering the requested reports and contacting you regarding Titus CRM products and services.
